Postgraduate programmes

The Department offers full-time and part-time programmes of study in the key subject areas of property management, property investment and property and land appraisal, acquisition and development. Our courses include relevant aspects of valuation, economics, law, finance and investment, building design, construction and maintenance, planning, business and information technology.

Real Estate Management MSc

Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) this programmewill prepare you for the challenges of entering professional practice and completing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor.

International Real Estate MSc

Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) this programme equips graduates with the skills and expertise to take advantage of career opportunities in overseas real estate markets.

Residential Real Estate MSc

This is a new MSc specialising in Residential Real Estate. It will run from September 2012 (subject to accreditation by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - RICS) and will equip graduates with the skills and expertise to take the Residential pathway of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Project Management in the Built Environment MSc

Oxford Brookes University offers an RICS & CIOB accredited MSc in Project Management in the Built Environment (MSc PMBE).
